Product Description

High-precision MEMS Motion Sensor Module
The 16505C is a high-precision, miniaturized MEMS motion sensor module containing three-axis gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the 16505C is combined with signal conditioning circuitry to provide a simple interface for data aquisition and configuration control using an SPI interface and register structure. The 16505C is available in a 100-ball BGA package that measures approximately 15mm×11mm×11mm.
