The ACC4 series quartz flexure accelerometer is a high-temperature and shock-resistant type accelerometer with excellent repeatability, starting performance, high-temperature and shock resistance, and high reliability. It can be used for both static and dynamic testing, and is also a standard vibration sensor.
The product uses a unique high-temperature and shock-resistant design, packaging technology, and dedicated circuit, and the output current is proportional to the measured acceleration. It provides measurement of static and dynamic acceleration, and users can select the appropriate sampling resistor by calculation to achieve high accuracy output. It can also be equipped with a temperature sensor according to user needs for compensation of bias and scale factor, reducing the influence of ambient temperature. It can be used as a direct replacement for the QA650, T185, T160, and JAE series products, but we use a dual torque structure, which is different from other company products, to make the bias and scale factor of the accelerometer more stable, and has independent intellectual property rights. This product was launched in 2010, with thousands of units delivered, and has been in use for many years, becoming a mature product, especially with extensive use in oil drilling real-time measurement.
Application fields: inclination measurement for bridges, dams, oil wells, and coal mines, high-speed railway control, stability control for ships, etc.
